Booking & Cancellation Policy 2013
TERMS & CONDITIONS
A DEPOSIT of 30% or 1 nights tariff (whichever is greater) is required to secure the booking with the balance payable in full, 5 working days prior to arrival, or 10 days prior to arrival for school & public holiday periods.
Key arrangements & caretaker details will be advised on receipt of the final payment.
For bookings made within 10 days of arrival Credit Card details will be taken and in the event of cancellation or non-arrival, the deposit amount + $30 admin fee will be charged.
A surcharge of $60 will be applicable for single night stays and late departures.
No refund of deposit for cancellations 0-10 days prior to booking.
For cancellations earlier than 10 days prior to booking an administration charge of $30 will be retained. The balance of the deposit will be refunded within 21 days. This administration charge will be waived should the booking be transferred to an alternative date.
Bookings made within 10 days of arrival must be paid in full.

CREDIT CARD PAYMENTS
The Full Tariff is payable at the time of booking.
In the event of cancellation or non-arrival, 30% or 1 nights tariff (whichever is greater) + $30 admin fee will be retained. The balance of the booking payment will be refunded within 21 days via direct deposit or cheque, providing relevant details have been submitted (ie postal address or back account details).
