Booking & Cancellation Policy 2023
Minimum 2 night stay. EXCEPTIONS: Easter , Christmas / New Year – Minimum 3 night stay
For Long Weekends, Easter , Christmas /New Year – the nightly flat rate is $340 for minimum 2 guests, maximum 11guests.
We accept payment by Credit Card (Visa or Mastercard) or by Direct Bank Transfer to:

CREDIT CARD BOOKINGS : Full tariff is payable at the time of booking.
DIRECT DEPOSIT BOOKINGS : Choose to pay the full tariff at the time of booking or alternatively, pay a deposit equal to tariff for 1 night with the full balance payable 1 month prior to arrival.
For bookings made less than 1 month before arrival, FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED by credit card or direct deposit.
A surcharge of $100 will be applicable for prearranged early arrivals and late departures.
Key arrangements & caretaker details will be advised on receipt of the final payment.
CANCELLATION POLICY
CANCELLATIONS will incur a $50 administration fee only, providing 1 full month notice is given. Balance of payment will be refunded within 3 weeks as long as bank details for direct deposit are given. If the booking is transferred to an alternative date the $50 admin charge will be waived.
Cancellations giving less than 1 month notice will be charged a fee equal to 1 night tariff.
Cancellations giving less than 10 days notice will receive NO REFUND.
