Barkeldine Farm Country Retreat
Booking & Cancellation Policy 2025

Minimum 2 night stay. EXCEPTIONS:  Easter , Christmas / New Year – Minimum 3 night stay

Maximum 11 guests.

Barkeldine Manager’s Quarters can be booked by special arrangement (additional 2 adult guests)

We accept payment by Direct Bank Transfer to RC & PM Crooks @ Bendigo Bank BSB 633 000 A/C 127402519

DEPOSIT – 40% of Full Tariff and is due and payable within 14 days of booking.

BALANCE – payable no less than 1 month prior to arrival.

Note: Your booking dates will be held for 14 days before being reopened to public on-line bookings.

For bookings made less than 1 month before arrival, FULL PAYMENT IS REQUIRED at time of booking. 

A surcharge of $100 will be applicable for prearranged early arrivals and late departures.

Rates advertised on www.barkeldine.com.au are inclusive of linen & cleaning charges. These rates are not seasonal.

All CANCELLATIONS will incur a $120 administration fee.

For cancellations giving 1 full month notice or more  the balance of any payments received will be refunded within 3 weeks.  Bank details for direct deposit need to be provided. 
For cancellations giving less than 1 month notice there will be no refund of deposit. Exemptions to this will only be considered in exceptional circumstances and if the booking is rescheduled.

ACCOM HOLIDAYS GLOUCESTER  – Tariffs and charges may vary from those advertised on the Barkeldine website. Access the ACCOM booking page via the BOOK NOW button on the website. Full tariff is payable at the time of booking and ACCOM’s Terms & Conditions will apply.
